It would be nice if there was a camera on Hurler and one on the skytower facing the entrance. Not to mention better quality cameras. But at least they have this camera. They could have chose to not have one.

EDIT: I am looking at the webcam. They are working on the brake run still. The part that goes down before the straightaway right before the turn into the station. Yeah that's a mouthful, but the position of the crane and the angle of the supports leads me to believe that.

i know, I know, the folk who can see what is happening must have x-ray vision or something because I'm struggling. I'll just have to wait till Wormy or someone goes to the park this weekend and take pictures.

The park said that they are working on some better webcams during the ACE event. Give 'em some time...

And for the record, I think the first piece yesterday was the station piece (at least it looks like it was put in in the location of the station that was shown to us during the tour). They'll prolly erect the transfer area just outside the front of the station next so they can start work on all those small parts. Then they'll probably progress in reverse from the station around the turn and into the brake run before they get the big boy crane in for the lift.

They should get a live webcam (at least 10 FPS), that'll produce live action, and one that has good quality. A good spot for it would be on the hurler, or possibly the drop tower.

they use too. it wasn't always still pictures. you could actually watch intimidator go around the circuit.

I think Drop Tower would be perfect for a new camera. I just wish that we had a live one like CP.

I'd like to see a camera on Hurler, the current location, and one facing the North Gate. Also, just for fun, one facing Thunder Road from the Skytower.
