I'll add my two-cents; I'm fine not having any other big chains in the park (although I do like Panda Express).
I just don't see the point of voluntarily choosing to overpay for the same food you can get outside the park for less money.
If I'm gonna pay upwards of $15 for a meal at an amusement park, it better be something I love (hence the reason I'm okay with Panda Express), or something that can't be found elsewhere. Something exclusive to the park, or at least exclusive in the way that it's executed.
