Just a friendly reminder.
Season Passes will have a price increase on November 3rd. Renew or purchase before that date. You can use the payment plan option if you are short on cash.
I would take advantage of the current prices as the increase could be greater than year's past. Look how much the current season pass price went to for 2015 as an example.

Got mine yesterday. Went with the food option too so hopefully I'll eat enough to cover that. HAHA I figure I'll be in the park enough just to ride some coasters on the way home from work to cover the costs.

First season pass in years. Excited is not even the word.

Oh, and wasn't sure so I called them yesterday. The free 2014 admission can be used for Scarowinds. WOOHOO!! Hoping to get a good scare on Saturday.

We took a year off in 2014 and I'm about to buy passes for next year and hope to use the free visit this Sunday afternoon.

Does anyone know if the season pass processing center is open on Sunday? I know the line will be huge if I wait until opening weekend 2015 for processing! I was trying to navigate the website but couldn't find that information.

Speaking of Season Passes, does anyone know if they can just update the picture on a renewed pass? And if there is any charge?

Next year will be the 4th (I think) year with our current passes, which I have just renewed each year since we got them. My kids will be 15 and 11 at that time, so they've sure changed a lot in their looks since they were first issued. Wanted to update their pictures next year, if we are able.

Can anyone tell me how much the price goes up on Monday? I'm trying to convince a freind to get one so we can use our fastlanes together

FYI: I got an e-mail response from Carowinds staff stating that the season pass enrollment center might not be open Sunday. I will be going down anyway to visit the park and if I can get my pass made, that's a bonus. I won't be there in time for the CC meet up in the other thread, so I will continue to not know what any of the CC folks look like.

As for the price increase, I would think a $10 increase now, and another increase closer to when the season starts. I have nothing to base that on so it is pure speculation.

And I just called to ask about getting our season pass for next year (our first season passes ever) and the ticketing folks must have been at lunch (according to the nice woman on the phone). She was not sure if it would be open this weekend or not.

Questions for Pass holders:

How beneficial are Early Ride Time days? I realize Fury is an entirely different level of crazy for next season, but for 2014 for example, if you took advantage of the Early Ride Time, could you pretty much hop on to Intimidator first thing?

And are Bring A Friend days significantly busier?

Yes. Why not? Overall its still a great deal and averages out to pennies on the dollar with you calculate how many times you will use the pass. They are already giving away the gate...you want the fence as well???
