I don't think I could make it there by 12. I'd be more likely to be there at either 3 or 4.

Hey could I get a photo request from the people that are going to be there tomorrow? (I can't be there). If people could get some photos of Carolina Cyclone's transition from the hill to the turn after the loop, the shaping of the turn, the entrance to the corkscrew, and any picture of the shaping of the helix you can get. I need these for... uhh... reasons. You guys might see depending on how my week goes. Thanks.

Are you making a model as well? Before I started a thread, I was debating on when I should tell everyone. But I won't be there tomorrow. I'm sure that someone won't mind taking pictures for you. I have old video of The coaster from 2012. I can take shots of it and post them if you'd like.

Which begs the question, with a low of 27 will the wooden coaster open with the park or wait until it is above freezing?

If I remember right they don't open rides if it goes below 41 and close running ones if it goes below 39.

I'll be there with my two sons and a cousin. I've never been to the park on a closing day so I'm looking forward to it even though apparently it's going to be miserably cold.

Have fun you guys. Sorry I couldn't make it. Everyone that I know really doesn't appreciate Carowinds for what it is. Also, they didn't want to go freeze their tail off. I personally don't care if I get cold. But enough ranting. Have a great final day at Carowinds!!!
