Let me start off by saying that I'm not the one having the problem, but here is a description of what is happening.

I bought 6 2014 Season Passes for my family last year. Three of the passes were renewed earlier this week at different times. Now when my aunt tries to renew her passes, it gives her an error saying "the pass number was not found or has already been renewed." She has tried both pass numbers (20 digit and 8 digit) along with all the phone numbers that could be associated with the passes and she still gets the error.

Perhaps the system is overloaded right now or there is some other issue. Any ideas?

I have had a problem with buying bring-a-friend discounts before. I called the park and they helped out. :)
