A true floorless, IMO. Cobra roll and a zero g. Best thing about b&m loopers are those elements.

Have you even been on Scream! The cobra roll and the 0-G roll was the worst part of the ride with lots of headbanging. I bet the Mantis conversion will be much better than you "ideal" floor-less roller coaster with tons of high G turns and a great layout.

Mantis was designed to be a stand up, meaning it could not be as forceful as a sit down. It is now a sitdown, it will be less intense than gatekeeper.

Looks like CP is getting quite a head start on transforming Mantis. Maybe they dont want winter to delay the painting but it looks almost completed. I'm going to miss that loud color scheme tho. No other coaster have such colors lol. IMO it looks like Goliath and SFMM and SFOG and Titan *shrugs*

Yea but Talon's paint is muted a little bit. Mantis had a neon color feel you couldn't look at long without your eyes hurting. Lol. I cant wait to ride it Mantigarou one last time next weekend.

I think because the orange and the yellow on Talon are close colors vs the red against the yellow on Mantis makes it seem a lot louder than Talon.

At Cedar Point tonight and tomorrow, Millennium Force is currently lit up with Fury colors. Pretty cool.

Ha!!! I was there Saturday Night freezing my butt off lol. It was mad crowded glad I had a fast lane the 3hr wait for almost every ride was not the business that night. I did get my last ride on Mantis just as rough as i remember it. The paint job is fully completed.

Judging by the renderings/video it's pretty much a copy concerning the placement of customer service venues and the circular plaza space which is fine by me. the only difference of coarse is the placement of the coasters Cedar's go directly over the entry turnstyles...wait there were no turnstyles lol and Carowinds will be pushed out further buy the parking lot before you even see the customer service venues and plaza plus we have the bridge . I cant wait. The LED board is everything to me to.

I was watching the Rougarou POV video, and I think that it would be REALLY cool if it could have water to spray up beside it when the trains go over the water. (Kind of like manta at Seaworld Orlando, except water would spray up on both sides of it).

^That more like Shambhala and I think it would be great if it was put after the loop going into that slight turn before going into the dive loop.
