TG - back right, yellow shark train, pure bliss. Front seat is good for the view on either train, back right is good but not as good on the red, and for a change of pace back left on either train, very nice on the drop.
Thunder Road - back row on front side, either end on the backward side. This used to be a no-brainer to be in the back row on the backwards side, as the turnaround drop tossed you up and sideways like it wanted you out of the train NOW - but this has been tamed a bit the last few seasons. Still good.
Vortex - Front, any seat. It used to be the far-left seat was best as you dipped near the water but that section was filled in with the addition of BORG. I think I get more of a "flying" sensation up front on this ride than I do on either BORG or Top Gun, at least until my head smacks the restraints on the corkscrew.
BORG - front row. I've only been up there 3 times I think, one was this past Sunday for ERT when they let us pick our row for the first ride when the station was empty. It was good before, it's GREAT up there now as the coaster has picked up some speed. The loop entry was easily as intense up there as Superman: Ultimate Flight's pretzel loop if not a bit more so, but it didn't last as long. Smoother and faster-feeling up front.
Hurler - any seat in the front 2 cars will give superb floater air on the first several hills when the coaster is runnning well. Sometimes I think 2nd row of the first car is a bit better than the front row, and it doesn't have the wait. I've never really cared for the back on this ride, as it sorta yanks you down right when you get some airtime on a hill.
Scooby Doo - Back 2 rows. Sometimes you get some VERY good airtime back there, quite surprising given the size of this ride, plus some good laterals on some of the turns.
Cyclone - except for maybe one ride a year up front when I don't mind a headache, ALWAYS in the front row of the last car. It's smoother here and my legs fit. Back there I can ride the thing several times in a row, anywhere near the front of the train I get a headache.
Drop Zone - side facing most of the park (far right lane in the queue) - you get a killer view of about every coaster in the park except Scooby and Taxi Jam, and I usually feel I get more floatage in this car.
FSS is a back-seater if I'm not looking to get too wet and want to see my "victims".
Goldrusher and Ricochet I have no preference, and I've never been on Taxi Jam so I couldn't say.
Reptar's best seat is one across from the entrance next to the Nick Cafe, where you can watch the ride as it beats up someone else's ears.
