Why not now? Why would they do that in a year or two when they are already tearing up the entire area and doing major construction right now?

Whatever it would have been to do while all this machinery is here and before the new entrance and Fury 325 is a lot less than it will be to do in the future when you have to work around all of that.

The major thing that I see the Amphitheater needing is a fresh coat of paint on the canopy/roof. The rest of it looks like it is in good shape from when I was there last year. That being said, I haven't been on stage or back stage to see if that needs work.

At least the entrance work is progressing Hard to say what is holding up more track/support install.

They are probably trying to time it so they don't run out again. You'll see them pick up the pace today or tomorrow in preparation for Friday's finishing.
