if you look closely at cedar points entrance, alot of it will be the same. even the ticket windows are virtually the same.

There has never been restrooms outside of the park to my knowledge, if there was then I killed my bladder for nothing.

It might be a good idea to put a portapotty in the parking lot.

-Expanded hours (most hours of operation in park history)

What type movies are we talking here? Expanded hours?..as in 11pm closings?? that would be great for more night rides!!!

There is only one day the park is open till 11. July 5.

They said the movies were going to be family movies, but I'm not sure how that's going to work. The latest the calendar shows that the water park is open during the season is 7pm, and it's not dark at 7 during the summer.

Also for a 2015, Mike told me that "They finally got all that junk out from in there". He was speaking of all the Scarowinds material inside of the Hurlers turn. So for this year that will not be a huge eyesore when riding the coaster. I always thought it was tacky looking anyways.

In one of the youtube videos of the event, there was a confirmation that Silver Scream Sinema is staying and that there will be a path made behind Fury for access to it. (Thankfully, because IMO Silver Scream is without a doubt my personal favorite maze at Scarowinds).

Also, since they are adding a stage beside Harmony Hall (as well as expanding the theater), I am crossing my fingers Scarowinds will get the Skeleton Crew show for 2015. That would be amazing!!

Hey Tawny, I do a lot of outdoor movies with my projector on the back of my garage during the summer. The videos look great as I have an overhang that keeps it in the shade. Plus there are bountiful other means of rear projection, etc. It really depends on where they plan to show them.

Does anybody know if the fate of gr8 sk8/gauntlet was mentioned during the tour? I know that if it is reused in the park it won't be this year. I almost completely forgot about it.
