I rode one at CP and the Pavilion, it love this ride. Sadly MiA pretty sure brought an end to the Chaos back in 2001 or 2002 I think.

Chaos is a great ride, but you won't see any pop up unless Zamperla redesigns it. Most parks got rid of them because they're too costly to maintain. The only one I know in the US that still runs is at Adventuredome.

Well that sucks it's always the flat rides that are so "high maintenance" and get scrapped are always the best ones. It's funny how there always just one that is left somewhere still operating. Wonder what Adventuredome is doing that the other could not do, besides being out of the weather elements.

The fact that it broke loose and tried to kill a load full of passengers might have something to do with it's dissappearing act.

^ Wasnt it concluded that MiA was at fault for the accident? Been so long and I have other things to do than search for news articles.

My ultimate wish would be a RMC wooden coaster based off of Maverick. But instead of launching into an upward brake section and the sweeping curve over the lake, RMC could design the launch to go straight into an inverted top hat over the lift hill. The launch could be 80 mph which would make it the fastest wooden coaster on earth.
