Oh no. TN has taken over CC!!!1!!

But when you're rite, you're rite!

Dukeis#1 is the smartest poster evar!

But getting back on topic, I've sent an email to one of the park employees, and hopefully they'll do something about the Hurler crew.

I told him in the email that I'm all for a fun atmosphere, but they haven't been that safe. And safey has to come first (as Fire Marshall Bill would say). he he

It's like dodging those NBA wannabe's bouncin' those darn balls all over the place. Just once I'd like to grab one of those balls and toss it over a fence. When will parks learn to give these things away DEFLATED!?!

Way ahead of you I did that last year after someone lost control of the ball and hit me in the leg with it. What are they going to do about it huh?

I agree with Swampfox. I think it would be a good idea to start handing out the BBs deflated, like Dollywood does(I think Busch Gardens may do this as well). That way, you can still hand them out as prizes, but the bouncing is eliminated.

All they have to do is pump them up at the gate as they go home. If they try to bring them back into the park then do not allow them to enter. Here is a question. Carowinds does not allow you to bring cups back into the park with drink in them even the big plastic cups. You must pour them out. The park also sales beer. So what is the point in the pour it out before you enter rule ? If they are forceing you to buy there drinks then what about people that are diabetic and can not afford to pay there high price drinks ?

What exactly is it about Six Flags America that is so bad that there are so many negative comments about it?

Thats the same thing I wanna know. Well I was gonna be able to find out next month but my friend (and I use that word very loosely) hasnt contacted me back about going (<span style='color:red'>U know who U are</span>).......................Oh well.

I just think some people go to theme parks looking for things to complain about. Not pointing any fingers at anyone here. I realize these are still kids and just because they dont "act" like us or the way we want them to doesnt make it wrong or bad. Bottom line, the way this thread was worded told me more than I thought about the person who started it.................

Jarvis....

First off.....No stereotyping here. Just mentioning what me my wife and another couple noticed one particular Saturday. As a matter of fact we weren't the only ones. Everyone was complaining about the ride ops in the Hurler line that day. You may be confusing my description of the ride ops fun'n'games as stereotyping. I just think it's unprofessional for a park employee to be acting that way (kids or not).

Having fun with the guest is one thing, but having fun with the other ops playing grab *** and dancing around like their at a club is another. Did you not read the statements about how these crews have let trains leave the station without checking guests lap bars? Not to mention that they dispatched with a lap bar in the upright position (supposedly)!

Oh by the way, this was my 5th trip this year to the park. One complaint about a bunch of unprofessional ride ops at the Hurler does not qualify as "going to theme parks to find something to complain about". I'm sure Steinmart would have expected you to act as a professional when you were being paid by them for a service. [B]I THINK THAT'S WHAT PARAMOUNT SHOULD EXPECT FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES!

By the way your question regarding SFA? I've only made one trip. There's a reason why. Terrible customer service. It all started with a ride op at Superman making fun of a disabled boy who was attempting to get into the train. After that my day was ruined. SFA=Great Coaster selections with terrible ride ops (mostly teens)!

Its cool...............Hey if I dont ask I wouldnt know. Its just that, you know, words have no emotions so w/ reading it i grasp some vendetta but you said it wasnt meant to be that so thats what I have to go by. I wasnt talking about you in particular because this is the first time I have read a complaint from you, but you know how we can be sometimes :P !! But all is well just was little misunderstanding.

But you have to admit after all the talk then this line:
Vanilla Ice was....well there was no Vanilla Ice! Thank God for that!

That will make one think...........

BTW, Im not at steinmart anymore lol lol. :D

I got a response from Carowinds. Well one saying it was forwarded to the proper manager now.

But at least someone will hear about it.

I'm glad that Carowinds cares what their customers think.

SFOG wouldn't even respond to a letter I sent in a couple of years ago. I was not a happy camper either. ;)

Well some happy news regarding Hurler.

I rode it twice yesterday and it's back and running great again!

We rode twice in the front row and there was a lot of air time again and the thing isn't beating the snot out of you anymore.

This was about 1:00 Sunday so maybe it had time to heat up the track. But it was almost as smooth as it was the first couple years. I was in shock!
