In reply to the audio on the lift hill, the people will just have to wait until Friday to find out what it is.

Actually there is a sound like a robotic swarm of hornets every time a train is dispatched but to me it sounded close to babshee's shriek more than anything I love it tho!

Ok now a have a little bit more respect for Rob over at TPR. This sort of sum up all the reviews.

"I'm not sure I've seen a new coaster receive so many totally contrasting reviews. I do find it interesting that the more positive reviews are coming from far less seasoned riders. Kind of justifies two things: 1. This ride really IS meant more for the "general public" (which is not a negative thing) and 2. Seasoned riders are harder to impress. (In a way, kind of a bad thing, but I can relate.)"

I respect that statement because, this is true with most things in life. The more experienced you become, the harder you are to please.

That begs to decipher what is considered a "season" rider compared to a not so "season" rider. Now, I consider myself a well informed rider, I have ridden lots but I don't just run to a park once to get a credit then never return. I've been on a range of coaster from all types of designers and all types of styles and I gave fury 325 a positive review. Does a "season" rider have to have ridden a particular number of rides? Does a "season" rider have to ridden certain coasters to be considered so?

self proclaimed seasoned riders. I've ridden so many coasters, I don't keep track nor do I have some kind of extensive ranking system. I ride it to have fun. Which is what its for right? I think its pointless to measure bunny hops and say one coaster has exactly 1.79 secs more air time. lol

Sounds to me like Robb is more referring to seasoned TPR members than seasoned riders... They've built themselves up to be anti-anything related to B&M and can't bring themselves to admit this is a fantastic ride. TPR bothers me, so I won't watch their videos, or visit their site.

Moving on, after hearing the reviews, I really hate to say it, but it sounds like Fury 325 is better than Leviathan (in all things except the name/theme). I can hardly wait to ride it, and 2017 can't get here soon enough... Enjoy it for me (like you need me to tell you that)!

Hahaha I was thinking jay is gonna take offense lol...I would ask you how many seconds of airtime have you had between a particular time frame as a joke but I'm sure you can actually tell me lol...

I know the jokes are plentiful at my expense, and for good reason. But I'm really not THAT bad. Just different coasters and rides per coaster. But I mean I could tell you Fury will be my 59th B&M on Friday, and my rides on B&M coasters triple that of any other manufacturer... that's not bad.. right? Please? Right?

I know this is going to come off as arrogant saying someone who worked on the coaster is wrong, but he just can't be right. Putting on my engineering hat for a second here (okay, it's a partial hat), even if you ignore friction and assume a perfect free fall, the train would need to crest the lift at 36 miles per hour to hit 105. I'm not going to pretend to know how to account for friction and wind resistance but I assume you're looking at at least 40 mph needed cresting the top. If anyone has more than an introductory physics knowledge feel free to double check me on that.

As for certain people's assertion that only people who don't know better love the ride, Fury was my 422nd coaster. Not as many as some, but more than most. I've been on 17 of the top 20 steel in the Golden Tickets list and I think this may beat all of them. I haven't been on any of the RMC steel conversions or Expedition Ge Force and I could see myself liking any of those more possibly, but either way it's really high praise.

I'm sure there will be people who don't find Fury to be an elite ride, and will come to that conclusion by thinking on their own rather than parroting what they are told by their hero to think. I totally get that. I expect them to be in the minority though (kind of like lunatics who have Magnum as their #1 steel ;)). I think the average enthusiast, "seasoned" or not, is going to be extremely impressed by this ride.
