Do y'all think the park will be crowded during the event? I'm pretty sure I can get my mom to go (wine tasting), I just want to know what you guys think crowds will be like.

Impossible to say, really, since this is a first-time event. I'd imagine more than a few people will want to eat and not ride much if anything, so it might not affect ride lines too much - although Fury of course is already impacting those.

I'm curious who came up with the pricing. I thought pricing was to be scaled back the more you spend. So you start at the smaller amount of 4 dollars per sample when its 5 for 20. But then it goes to 5 per tasting when you pay more, 12 for 60. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

I thought that was a bit odd also. I think they multiplied the dollars instead of the samples. If they wanted to keep it the same at least it should have been 10 for $40 and 15 for $60.

Ok I least I know I'm not stupid. I was most certainly looking at the pricing cross eyed like hmm interesting.

I thought the exact same thing. I wonder if it is just a pricing error.(hope)

I'm sure I'll buy some samples at some point, but might wait to see what people say the after the first weekend.

I noticed they fixed the pricing on the site.

So this is probably a stupid question considering it is listed on Taste of the Carolinas page. But the Funnel Cakes of the Carolinas, is that going to be something only offered during TOTC or possibly throughout the season? They sounded amazing, just not sure if I'm going to be able to make it out to TOTC.

I am planning to be there for some of it. It will a good chance to get some good vegetarian food. :) However the craft beer list doesn't do much for me yet. Was hoping to see NoDa in there but they may be too busy with the expansion.
