So I know that Afterburn used to have a mist feature in the underground tunnel, but Carowinds doesn't seem to use it anymore. Do any of you know why they stopped using it and if there's a possibility that it could be brought back? Afterburn is already an awesome ride, but that mist really made the experience even more exhilarating to me.

Hmmmm…I would think if they used it one day last year, that doesn't verify that "it still works". That just verifies that it worked one day last year.

It does sound like a cool element that I'd like to experience

I do remember it from back in the day and I loved it! Carowinds please bring it back! If it worked 1 day last year, then it can work all Summer!

Wasn't it said at WWU that the mist is still there.....
It worked one day that I was at the park, the park is open over a 100 days every season. I ain't there more than 7 times.

I asked Steve about it for Fury and he said that the one on Top Gun is still there. And works. I guess that they're waiting until this month to start using it.
