I know this is a simple topic, but I wanted to get other members opinions on this. After riding Fury 325 5 times so far (Yes, I know it's not a lot) and riding Intimidator I don't know how many times I think it would be cool to see how we felt about each coaster.

I personally have a hard time choosing one over the other just because they are so different. But feel free to vote and leave your comparison between Intimidator and Fury 325!

Depends on what you like, but I personally think there's no competition unless you sit towards the front of Intimidator.

Until I ride Fury in the front (where I predict the best ride will be), I have to give Intimidator this one. It actually felt more intense when I rode them back to back, and I believe it has something to do with its staggered seating...

^ Intimidator does have stronger positive g's but I think Fury is more exciting for tossing you around a little more than Timmy.

I love them both, but Fury 325 has become my #1 coaster overall. Intimidator was barely in my top 10. They're both terrific coasters, but Fury has a lot of really cool elements that makes it a winner in my book.

My VERY FIRST ride on Fury was the far left seat on the front row. After just that one ride, I had NO DOUBT that this was by far the best ride in the park. It is my favorite seat on the train.

The slowest ride on Fury (cool temps, almost entirely empty train) was more fun than the best ride from my favorite seat (the back seat) from a loaded Intimidator train on a hot night in the dark.

I'm not saying Intimidator is a bad ride, or anything of the sort. I'm just saying that Fury is more fun to me. It's more fun by large margin. Speed, forces, air-time, thrill-of-the-drop, and helix all are much better on Fury (in my opinion of course, everyone's got one). Plus the underground dive, the flying over the entrance paths, head chopper, curves, and the amazingly fun turn-around put it way way ahead of Intimidator for me.

I do enjoy that I don't have to listen to the lift motor of Intimidator while waiting in line. So I do like Intimidator better in that one regard.

I have ridden both and find the two coasters redundant. They have some differences, in size and fine layout details. But one is just a bigger version of the same experience.

I've heard too many peeps tell me Intimidator is scarier, and better. By too many I mean more than 0. It befuddles me to hear such sacrilege.

I don't see how ANYONE can think Fury is a bigger version of the same thing. Intimidator is a series of airtime hills. Fury is a mad rush of speed with sharp banks and turns.. a few airtime hills to finish it off. Fury in one word?.....a RUSH!!! I definitely do not see them as the same.
