Because they don't like great rides? I have no idea. It seems to me like every park that can afford it should be jumping at the opportunity to buy one. These guys are by far the most exciting thing happening in the industry today IMO. I'm at the point where I'm basically planning future trips around their coasters. I'll definitely make a trip to Dollywood next year and I'm already thinking about doing HoliWood Nights so I can ride Thunderbird and Twisted Twins.

I feel the same way. Dollywood and KK are probable road trips for me in the next couple years.

I wasn't around when B&M broke out in the early 90's but I'd imagine the excitement and attention from coaster fans was around the same level maybe?

Or maybe a better equivalent would be CCI who basically created a re-birth of the wooden roller coaster. RMC is sort of doing that; I guess it's the modern evolution of the wooden coaster.

Maybe a Cedar Fair park will receive an RMC in 2018. RMC is booked through 2017, but they're taking orders for 2018. Hopefully Cedar Fair is ready to jump on the RMC train and transform Mean Streak.

California *could* be for a new ride and not a conversion...just speculation based on rumors but I can't honestly say I have any firm info. Or it could be Roar.

It's my understanding from people who know that Cedar Fair hasn't talked to RMC for anything yet, but it's more or less because they're so involved in getting parks where they think they need to be that they just haven't really made any decisions yet. Plus, you know, RMC has been kind of busy.

TBH, I was expecting more. Airtime galore but it just seems to be missing something. Wicked cyclone looks more appealing to me maybe the inversions, I don't know. Perhaps my opinion will change once I see a full pov.
