I know Carowinds filed for a campground expansion permit, so I'm guessing Camp Wilderness improvements will be announced along with the water park expansion.

Doubt it. Clear limit was exactly what was written on the posts that were put in place before the fury construction. Maybe it's a leftover post, but why would they save it?

I think clear limit is usually the boundary for where to stop when clearing brush/landscaping/dirt/etc.
