I am off every other Monday and Wednesday. I am going to try to make it one of these weekdays as soon as I can. Still have not made it there this year, and have yet to ride Fury. Need to get up there, only 90 mins. from Greenville, SC. Trying to avoid the weekends. Still have a discount ticket to use. Hopefully the assigned seating won't be an issue if they are not crowded, but hope they will reevaluate this next year.

I left at 12:00 but the line was at the top of the steps. I could have ridden it all I wanted.

I went Tuesday and got 7 rides, with 3 being in the front. I asked for it and they said ok. Like you I was a single rider. If there are only 3 riders in any line, they will let you pick your seat. I was lucky that I hit it when there were only 3 persons waiting on the front. So those of you who have never got the front, go in as a single rider and ask for it when you only see 3 people waiting. The front offers a completely different ride. BTW, the Fury crew was really cranking out the trains Tuesday night. There were making a game of it by encouraging guest to unbuckle, lift the bar and be out of the train in 5 seconds. People were actually scrambling to do it. Never seen a crew anywhere that fast. Intimidator was another story.

Am I going to be the one to point out that three different people can't be the 1,000,000th rider? For these things, it appears that on the day that they anticipate they will cross 1,000,000 riders, they just go grab a family or a few kids and say, Congrats... you were the millionth!

I assume you can call all of them the millionth rider, because I'm sure there is some sort of error in their calculations of the "millionth" rider. They can get close, but I doubt you can pinpoint it. Nevertheless, onto the next milestone for fury!

Sorry for double posting but the strobe lights that we saw when they were testing fury in march were on last night..they look like honeycomb kaleidoscope type lights, very neat

Look like there is a problem with Fury? Just checked webcam for the heck of it... and trains aren't moving, parking lot is full, people lining up outside the entrance... hmm.
