HOWEVER, if one MUST refer to one side as "North" and the other as "South", then it would be a reasonable assumption that the RIGHT side is the "North" since the ride travels outbound, up the lift hill, in a westward direction. (North would be to the right... aka the WATER PARK side)
This is also assuming that you are referring to "right" as you're looking UP the lift and NOT as you're sitting in the station.

Okay, I understand your search for logic, but there isn't any to be found here. lol
I honestly don't know why the left is commonly considered NC and the right SC, it's very counter-intuitive. That's just what I've always observed. That being said, it doesn't really matter since neither
technically represent either state.
