Honestly I think TR was removed for a really good reason. Keep the money coming in and keep us supplied with new rides and attractions. I can assure you that the decision to remove TR wasn't just a quick decision. They had to be aware of how much negative (?) press they would receive. But honestly, the amount of negative press and people continuing to moan about the loss of the coaster is a small percentage compared to the number of people excited and ready to make a new trip to Carowinds and perhaps buy a new season pass.
Do you honestly think that they just made a snap decision? Did you not answer any of the surveys they were constantly doing? I would bet money there were focus groups and analysts involved in this decision. Removal has created a lot of room for expansion, it will provide a much better look and feel to the park.
I know you aren't happy about the decision, but honestly, do you have to proclaim in every thread just how unhappy you are? Really? It is beyond just voicing an opinion. It is like you are on a one-man vendetta to crush anything about Carowinds. Really, if you are that unhappy why are you still here? You have a lot of friends on here you chat with perhaps??
Just trying to understand. Honestly, at this point I feel like I'm feeding a troll and I'm sorry for stirring the pot. Can't you take some comfort in the posters and pieces of the track you have? Embrace the past and move along.
