And that's why you'll not be making those decisions. Because you don't understand them.

Look at the title of the thread. 'Wishlist' I dont see how attempting to insult him is fun. :?

Did you read him say anything about wishing? Nope. He was talking about what the park is doing.

Oh shut up, you can't even back your mouth up with anything more than insult.
SROS, what park was it that had 3 wavepools? Which wavepool are you referring to as the smaller one? I find your ideas interesting.

I guess you're right. Though, I still don't understand why you feel you need to make fun of him.

Hey guys . . . If a comment Isn't directed to you personally, I would steer clear of it. We are all adults right? Roller can stand his ground and kinda doesn't need much help.

Anyway, my only real wish for carowinds is a museum. Great way to beat the heat and something marketable to all guest!

I can back up what I say just fine. I don't whine with nothing but my misguided emotions and selfish wants. I understand how businesses run.

Do you understand why they're ripping out the old wave pool and building a second new one? Of course you don't, you don't understand why they're even adding the waretpark addition.

It's because wave pools are extremely popular, the reason they added a new one in the first place. The old one was small, always overcrowded on busy days, and fairly old. They needed more capacity, so what better way than to roll a new pool out with their expansion while using the infrastructure of the old wave pool to build more water features and attractions there.

You made a comment that was completely blind to reality. The park replaced the old wave pool with a newer larger one for capacity and marketability reasons. Taking out a flying coaster and replacing it with s different flying coaster isn't the same thing. Besides, it's one thing to redo your whole water park for around $20 mill. It's another to replace ONE coaster with another fir the same amount.

You're the one that acts like ya know what you're talking about when it's quite obvious you don't understand simple business.

Now back to wishing Intamin would be the ride mfg for the next coaster, since this is the wish list thread.

I missed this. Okay, they're both in the same park. One did not replace the other. It's no different than having multiple steel looping coasters, multiple wood coasters in the same park. They didn't replace one coaster with a similar type. Besides, they had the coaster lying around and installing it at a park that needed a new ride and likely had a tight budget at the time was a brilliant move.

Mack Launch Coaster in the all new County Fair area? Sounds good to me.

What is your opinion of that ride? I've heard it's good. I've also noticed that Gale Force seems to be a 'new version' of that. With more inversions and such.

Temptso looks short and boring to me. Has anyone rode it?
Gale Force looks more exciting but they both look like low capacity to me.

From what I've heard, it's one of the more forceful coasters in the park. Anything down here from either Mack or Premier would be great.
