I don't even own a cell phone of any kind. I felt that if I had one when I was younger (say in middle school), I felt that it would have hindered my artistic abilities. Knowing me, I would have become more focused on that rather than my artwork.
Now parents let their 5 year olds get cell phones. My age group didn't think about getting one at least until middle school.

I guess I need to get one at some point though. Now it wouldn't be much of a hindrance, but more of a necessity. I find that there's more people I need to talk to, but don't have the ability.

I don't know about you guys. but last year when I was on FURY 325, some guy in front of us pulled out his phone and was taking selfies all the way up the lift hill.

I thought to myself.. "dude you better put that away before we go over the hill or someone is gonna be going to ER when your phone hits them"
