If you are refering to the bowl slide towards the bottom, that is the exit out of it into the lazy river. the lazy river, in the picture of Aquatica orlando, is basically a circle that splits so if you wanna go see the fish you stay to the left and if you wanna just continue, you stay to the right. here's a better picture to show it.
So, you see carowinds river isn't as small as we may think.

Hmm, I rode lazy river this summer but don't remember. Does that concrete path(assuming it is actually a channel) from the green slide to the lazy river act as just a waterfall?
