I've never tried their Crabfries, but now that Chickie's and Pete's is on the dining plan I will have to see what all the fuss is about.

Just crinkle fries with old bay seasoning and cheese sauce. They're so good. Chickies and Pete's in Pennsylvania is like the Buffalo Wild Wings down South just with a seafood menu as well....mussels, blue crab and lobster pie OMG so good.

Is this new? The Dippin Dots Sundae Shoppe located in Carolina RFD. I noticed they still have Dippin Dots listed throughout the park. If it is new where is it and did it replace something, like the Arcade or lazer tag??

The Sundae shop was added last season or the one before.

No meal plan for me this year. I found that I barely broke even last year and sometimes went to the park just to eat to try to get my money's worth.

If they continue to build on the park and add a lot more family things to do like we suspect they will, I'll be at the park even more and a meal plan will certainly be worth it.

Carowinds has updated their Park map online. I noticed that minigolf is not showing on the map.

I'm surprised I didn't notice that when I looked at the 2016 map myself. I definitely think at least one of the new flat rides will go in that area if the mini golf is in fact being removed.

Wonder why they've started doing seasonal maps now? Even if the flats aren't being installed until 2017, seems strange that they just went ahead with removing the mini golf now. Maybe we might see a flat there sometime this year... ...or maybe they removed now because, why not?

After years of going to Carowinds I've only relatively recently discovered there was minigolf, so I'd be willing to bet it's not a really high number.
