Media day at KD for Delirium and some other things for the 2016 season. Hurler will be closed this season as well. I'm digging the light package on the seats of Delirium and on Bad Apple. It gives me hope for the Troika coming to Carowinds next season.

I'm excited KD gat this addition however personally if Carowinds was to get one Zamperla would be my go to just because it revolves in both counter clockwise and clockwise. I absolutely love Black Widow at Kennywood and will be hopping on The Joker at SFOT. I do hope they increase the ride cycle. It looks like it hit its peak only once. Seems like Maxair's and Delirium at KI cycle were a lot longer to me.

Jeez. Clint Novak needs to learn to stop saying "uh" after every other word. That's terrible and one of the main things you lean in public speaking.

Not particularly.

Anyone doing commentary on a ride needs to have a well thought out idea of what they're going to say if they want it to look professional. It doesn't need to be scripted, especially if you're going for a first tine reaction video, but babbling randomly makes for terrible content.

Then they need to work on that. I have 20+ years experience in public speaking and a background in marketing and PR. Anyone who knows anything will tell you that saying "uh, um, well, okay, now, let's see" etc. all of the tine is a huge no no and counter productive. You want people to pay attention to you, not tune you out.

This is something that my speech professor would always tell us every day during class. Over the course of the semester, everyone had a noticeable improvement on their ability to give a more pronounced speech.

I went to Busch Gardens Tampa yesterday and took some pictures of Cobra's Curse. They finished the track last weekend. The ride looks great. I can't wait to see the finished product with the queue and all. I'll be back sometime this summer after it opens.

Seeing how far along they are with construction of everything and testing will be right around the corner (if not already happening), I'm betting that it will soft open way before then.
