Pretty much from I saw at first glance is that everything except the Breakdance are under the tarps.

I noticed on the water slide signs there is a limit of 400 pounds for the double tubes. I am 250 and my girlfriend weighs 200. Does it really matter? My girlfriend is terrified of all rides including water slides so she reads everything! I wouldn't have even noticed until she pointed it out. Excited to go to Carolina Harbor but don't want to be turned away after waiting in line.

^I know people that have went over the 400 pound weight limit by 40 pounds and everything was fine. If memory serves me correctly ProSlide says the weight limit is higher than Carowinds puts it.

I would think your diameter would be more important than your weight.

So, I'm hoping to get a job somewhere this summer, and I figured I might try Carowinds. Where in the park would you guys recommend as a fun, not overly-exhausting place to work? I'm only 16, so there are limited openings, but I have my eyes on the Ride Attendant position and photographer for Kaman's Art Shoppes (who Carowinds outsources the art stuff to).

Do any of you have recommendations/experiences? Any information would be much appreciated.

You guys think Carowinds will add the season pass lanes to the parking booths like they have on the new parking booth at Kings Island? May be the two lanes far left since I've never seen them open. That would be lovely, especially when guest are asking attendants a million questions holding up traffic. Yesturday was just horrible. Let me scan my own pass and enjoy my day please.

I have discovered people now days are easily bothered. Like when people go to the park on one of the known busiest days and complain about it being a busy day. patience is definitely a virtue.

Maybe so! Patience is something I do not have much of. Maybe it's a Northern thing. I am working on it, however it should not take 15mins for one car to get through. Any questions outside of parking, that's what guest services are for. All lanes except the far left two and the far right two were open. I can say I had more patience than most, at least I stayed in my lane where as several cars kept switching lanes because of the wait.
