Okay, a few things then I'm done.
The figure number I threw out there earlier does not include paying for equipment and the employee labor; that is only material cost, and from ground-up.
Parking lots in the state of North Carolina are now required by law to have islands and/or trees in their parking lots (when built from ground-up), so since the parking lot is already there, the park doesn't have to add islands within it. But I do agree that it would improve the overall aspect and look of it. Just give it 10 years for the trees to fully grow
So anyway... About 2017???
