Welcome to the world of cedar fair . . .

So could they possibly be moving Last Laff outside because of PvZ or is this an entirely new maze?

^It doesn't take very long to install flat rides. They can use that space for SCarowinds and then have more than enough time to use that space for County Fair re-expansion with some of the flats.

True that. They set up a whole fair of flats in a week. (Hopefully Carowinds will be a little more diligent and take a bit longer to make sure all of the cotter pins are in place. :sarcasm: )

In the Cedar Fair conference call on Wednesday, Matt Ouimet mentioned the use of VR in mazes at some of the parks. I wonder if we could see this maze (if that's what it even is) feature VR?

When do they normally announce the Scarowinds lineup?

It would probably be announced on the 18th along with the 2017 announcement

Cornstalkers and Last Laff are gone.
The tease is a new type of evil is creeping among us wearing a familiar mask.

Ps: New Scare Zone seems like it's located in the county fair area

Down to 6 from 8 and they keep Defex? Defex is old and tired as is Silver Scream. I am glad Cornstalkers is gone, my wife and I both hated that maze. 7th ward felt like a renamed Asylum. Zombie High was better the first year but not bad last year.

Slaughter House was ten times better than Viral/Fury and Last Laff I loved that they found a way to open it for the kiddy event. I know why it is gone so hopefully the replacement will be just as good or better. New scarezone, I wonder where?

As of last season, Silver Scream was one of the better mazes IMO. What didn't you like about it?

Yeah, I agree. They did some improvements to Silver Scream before last SCarowinds. I found it to be much better.

I am disappointed to see Last Laff gone as it was one of my favorite mazes.

It does look like the Skeleton Key is gone. The quality of those extra rooms was hit or miss, mostly being a miss, so I'm not surprised.

BTW, I can't remember the last time they announced anything SCarowinds at the general park announcement. They almost always do it a lot more low key, either just an informal announcement (like when the Fury maze came out) or only online.
