Rewind for quick second. I was at the park today. I'm still on the bandwagon that the slides are staying put; there's more than enough room for the top scan and wave swinger.

I do believe the concept is of course the idea of the area will look. That being said I think there will be some slight shifting of the wave swinger more towards the top scan so it doesn't interfere with the outward turn on Sidewinder or whatever it's called now. The top scan can be shifted over more as well. The troika will be fine. They could've fit the breakdance in that area easily as well but we don't have it sooo yea. The music express to me will be the odd ball being placed back in the cut by the restrooms eww.

So with this, the old Pirate Island area becomes County Fair. At least they are theming their areas once again...

Will the old County Fair eventually become Pirate Island, since the Southern Star looping pirate ship is already there?

I've been thinking about a decent name/theme for that area. I think that's a great idea, but since it's not really an island, I'd rename that Pirates Cove.

You could easily put an overlay or facade on Fodgem to make it look like an old mission, Southern Star is already there. I'd move the Entrance to the Chute to beside Dodgems, give everything a new look to fit a pirate/colonial theme, and add a new ride in YoYo's spot and Thunder Road's old queue entrance area.

Then redo the south gat me to match the north gate on a smaller scale.

I feel that with Plants vs. Zombies being in the section of the park, it might look out of place in a Pirate-themed section. A seaside park/boardwalk theme would work better and it could still incorporate pirates into the theme.

When was their a walkway behind Boo Blasters? There is an employee only area back there.

No kidding. I like that it was semi hidden and no one knew about it. It made the walk from County Fair to WWF super easy.

There hasn't always been an employee area behind Boo Blasters. The queue for Boo caused it to be blocked off I believe.
