It was there in the 90s up to at least 2001. I didn't visit the park from 2003-2007 and don't remember if it was still open in 2002. I believe it was blocked off when They converted Harmony Hall into Scooby -Doo's Haunted Mansion for 2001.

No kidding. I like that it was semi hidden and no one knew about it. It made the walk from County Fair to WWF super easy.

I used to get off the Bumper Cars and head straight for the Wendy's Frosty stand (think it's a Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade now) that way...lol

Unless we make it to SFOG or SFA, Vortex will be her only stand up roller coaster. SFOG is possible one day and their stand up is better than Vortex. Six Flags America is an hour farer away from me plus if I am going in that direction I would rather go to KD or BGW.

Not sure. Have never heard of such a thing until tonight. Must not be very popular or something. Looks like all parks except dorney are getting Fun Pix. Ok better get back on topic here...
