If you want to avoid the crowds, go on Sunday night. Everytime i have went in the past on Sunday, there was hardly anyone there.

I got some great scares in tonight. Dark Harvest is a hit so far. But let's see what happens on Friday.

It's outside, but there are several smaller structures and facades inside.

Dark Harvest was really good. It's super duper long. You guys are gonna love it! Everything else was good too.

There was a skeleton key in front of Yo-Yo. I think you'd like the anticipation it brings. God help if you're clausterfobic, it'll be a personal hell for a good minute. Overall, this year is gonna be a good one.

Is everything at Scarowinds included with the gold season pass? I'm taking my teenagers for the first time tomorrow. What should we expect? Any tips?

It will be busy so expect to wait in lines, especially once it gets dark.

Our managers are saying it won't be that busy tonight. But I beg to differ. I hope it's busy tonight... it gets boring when there are no people going through the maze.

EDIT: I also like this comment from that review:
(in reference to Dark Harvest) ;the length and detail approaches the quality you might find at standard-bearer Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights.

^ Sounds impressive! Between this and the new Slaughterhouse, the quality of the mazes has really improved.

But if you really want to frighten people, just hit 'em with this:

First weekend, especially Friday, of SCarowibds is never busy. I go every year. I'm going satuday this year cause I'm taking a friend to the cabarrus county fair beforehand to get our flat ride on.
