As far as the Troika goes, it does look a little more complicated when it gets to construction since a good bit of it is below deck. I hope ours is as interesting looking as Cedar Point's, paint-wise.

Cedar Point's troika is the only one with the multi color paint. Carowinds version will have the classic burgundy and gold like Kings Dominion and the one going to World's of Fun as seen below.

Last time I saw them, I think the cars (gondolas) are either going to be burgundy and white, or burgundy and black (both with gold/yellow trim).

So does anybody know what happened to the Breakdance that was coming from Holiday Park in Germany as part of this year's new stuff? I wonder if it has to do with the history of the ride. I won't rehash it, but you can type breakdance holiday park in a Google search and see what comes up.

Maybe it's getting rehabbed with some new theming?

At the end of the day it wasn't the ride the malfunctioned. It was the ride operator who failed to give the verbal announcement the ride was starting. Who just starts a ride and not say anything nor pay attention to people who still maybe getting on and settled in. If that's the case in my mind we would have many rides then. A lot of rides have had fatal incidents and still operate today.

I thought I seen the center piece on the webcam earlier, this confirms it. The interesting thing is that the slope indicates the front of the ride(lower side) will face the Employee cafeteria and the high side will face the Cobra(or maybe the bathroom)unless I am looking at this wrong.
