Wow! As I stated I was just putting my two cents worth in The sarcasm is not going to make me reveal who I heard it from so have at it regardless it has been very exciting the transformation Carowinds has undergone the past few years and I certainly look forward to what is coming whatever it may be I'm sure it will be great can't wait to go to the park tomorrow. By the way the show cirque imagine is quite good this year quite the same as last year with the exception of the robot mime guy Who I thoroughly enjoyed

I'm going to step out on a limb and predict that next year they will use the WWF area to expand the new county fair to the bumper cars. I think we may see 2 or 3 flat rides placed there. 1 or 2 relocations and 1 new flat (or at least a flat that is not in use now). That would help get more traffic to the crossroads area and rides there fit with a county fair theme anyway. Probably a new entrance (inside Carowinds) to the water park too.

No source. Just a guess.

Why on earth would they add to the county fair a year later? Think of that from a marketing prospective.

I feel like a lot of people have become accustomed to receiving massive additions every year, which is fair given that every season from 2014 onwards has been huge. However, keep in mind that these years were an expansion, not a new normal. The fact that said expansion carried on into 2017 is crazy enough in itself. This in mind, it is looking likely that Carowinds won't be getting another massive expansion some of us have become use to.

What is considered massive? If you consider 2014 huge then I'm sure next year will fit the bill. So, because the park isn't teasing or permits haven't been unearthed it looks like it won't be a huge year?!?! If you have talked to anyone with an ounce of rank at the park, sorry famous amos, they will reiterate the park is transforming and you won't be able to recognize it in a few years. Remember "Rome wasn't built in a day" ?

If the capital investments keep yielding great results, they will keep investing. It's still a lot of holes the park can definitely fill and it will take several more seasons to do so.

Some advice, firstly welcome. Ok that's out of the way . . . Look, a lot of us "know" people and hear things. The quickest way to be taken as a joke is to join a forum and immediately start talking about your "source" and proceed to not say anything substantial. I've read your few post. Nothing in them screams this person knows what they are talking about. It's just talking head points. Posting like that, you will be met with disbelief and sarcastic responses because as it was said, those who talk don't know and those who know don't talk (to a certain extent lol).

So far you've said nothing that has personally caught my eye so until then I'm writing this off as another person drumming up attention.

I've heard different things. I'm.not sure they're too keen on getting rid of their only adult woody. And our hurler is in much better shale than KD's.

Not sure how I feel about this. On one hand I'm ecstatic since I know the ride would be insane. On another though, Carowinds' Hurler is in much better shape than KD's was. There's really nothing wrong with it and I'd rather see a ground up RMC rather than taking out the park's last wooden coaster.

EDIT: What he said^

If Carowinds hadn't of demolished Thunder Road, I would be all for a clone of RMC Hurler. However without Thunder Road, I want to see Carowinds finally get a unique wooden roller coaster or RMC Hybrid.

Wouldn't be the first time Lance called a Cedar Fair RMC conversion.

Honestly though, I'd like Hurler to stay wooden (i.e. Roar and The Joker type of deal). I'm sure the ride would be amazing, easily rivaling Fury. But I can't say I'd want the park's best two coasters right next to each other. Crossroads needs something badly, that area is just so depressing.

Lance has been more wrong than right lately on stuff that wasn't widely known. I know people that he uses as spices that purposefully give him misdirection.

Coasterbruh I hope you feel better you are entitled to your opinion as I am entitled to mine you don't know me and you don't know who I know And I staTed what I heard from a reliable source taking everyone's opinions and statements as you stated in your long paragraph you are going after everyone because someone may know something that you don't know Give it a rest we all are entitled to our opinions whether you agrees or disagree You can't control everyone's personal opinion then go after them And because they have an opinion that you don't like just agree to disagree and MoveOn perhaps you are just looking to fight That's OK have Addit I look forward to what Carowinds has to offer in the coming years .
