Cavan wrote::idea: Why do we have Boo Blast AND PvZ right next to each other??? Goodbye Dodgems, goodbye booblast, hello 2019!

Dodgems could go away but I mean boo blasters is usually a pretty popular attraction so I think they would keep that

Carowinds announces a new themed day. Camp Paramount.

Reminisce on old rides for 1 day a year. All rides are renamed a Paramount and old rides return for one day.

I'm bored today....

I would actually love something like that. Afterburn goes back to Top Gun, Nighthawk back to Borg, Wayne's World theming on Hurler, etc. I think it'd be a cool way to show off the park's history. Maybe even get some of the Nickelodeon characters inside of Harmony Hall.

Why not? We all know that Cedar Fair is trying to make the park thematically correct, but it could be a pretty fun event and a way to drum up interest during the dead summer days. Camp Snoopy is the only real area I could see having complications, but Kiddy Hawk could easily revert back to Reptar (just without the giant dinosaur statue).

Who's going to pay for those licenses? There's a reason Cedar Fair changed the names when they purchased the parks. The rights to the names (Paramount trademarks) did not come with the purchase.

Getting back on topic, I used an acreage calculator to find out exactly how much land they're working with, and I really underestimated the size of the site.

The area for Project Alpha is about 4.65 acres (give or take without adding Flying Eagles)

To give some perspective, I calculated the acreage of three GCI coasters.

Wodan at Europa Park is about 2.64 acres:

Keep in mind, it's one of the largest GCIs

Mystic Timbers is about 3.84 acres:

Goldstriker is about 2.5 acres:
