Apparently Busch Gardens Williamsburg is looking into building an entire Sesame Street theme park similar to the one in Langhorne in place of the France parking lot. More details in the article.

I think it could work. Wish it could be on it's seperate plot not nestled right next to BG but I am curious. The current sesame place park could use a make over.
