^That's what I was thinking... that the up-stop wheels were always in contact with the track.. and thus the main wheels always in contact with the track.

You're right that Carowinds wont spend money every few weeks for wheels. However, IF.... IF..... that is the problem, they should certainly buy new wheels every off-season.

I can confirm that the last 2 years on opening week the vibration was there. Haven't been this year yet...

His entire message was nothing but incorrect information. We are all stupider for having to read it.

Another sidenote, the massive clearing by the water park exit (unrelated to the 2019 project) seems to be extending into the park's property itself. I wish I had taken pictures but whatever it is, it seems to be related to Carowinds as of now.

This is the only potato shot I got, no pics from across the road.

Why would you need utilities over there unless you plan on adding something to utalize it . . .

Let’s see....
Because the water line, sewer lines, power lines, cable lines, etc May be buried on that side of Carowinds Blvd and whatever is being built on the other side is going to need utilities from where they are digging.

It could be for 2019 but does Carowinds own the land across Carowinds Blvd? I am pretty sure the answer is no.

Quite crowded today the fury crew are particularly slow. You would think when they are open for one week things would be better however this mostly seems like a maintenance issue but very disappointing . In and out of line for an hour and a half.
