My fascination with them is they are cool to ride and look at, and from the parks prospective very low height requirement and very low maintance. A lot of people and kids are leary of drops and things like that. I would think they are even ADA compliant. I'm looking far beyond our eyes with this...I'm looking at the return of investment and the entire family experience lots of parks are taunting these days. Will carowinds get one...I'm not too sure. But I will keep saying it until they hear me!

These are really great points. I guess I should look at it from the park's perspective instead of selfishly from my perspective. I just HATE being sprayed in the face with a water gun, and I know my daughter would insist on riding this every.time.we.went. But you're right...this is a great option for people who are afraid of heights or people who just don't like drops.

Those splash battles are awesome. Very interactive for everybody. My kids had a blast at Dollywood with theirs as did I. I'm with you bruh.

Yeah I can really see a Splash Battle (or large flat ride) filling the space thats currently occupied by mini golf and the White Water Falls. Also I wish that Mack Rides could make a Splash Battle type ride where you are aiming for targets (Like Boo Blasters mixed with the "Water Squirter Carnival Game.")

Splash Battles are fun. Rode Great America's this past weekend and it was fantastic.

County Fair has to be the section for a make over and a E attraction !! and get more foot traffic in that are in the next 5 year plan.. I would love to see Vortex gone and a Log Flume in its place to go hand and hand with Goldrusher. I think they could put it in the County fair section and rename it Blue Ridge junction !!!

Valleyfair just made their 2015 announcement and it sounds pretty similar to what Kings Dominion is getting. I wonder if Carowinds will see something similar for 2016?

Same here. In fact, I have NEVER been into the water park. But if we get something like that, then I will pay a visit to the water park.
