With one coaster open it will be very interesting to see how long the lines get.

Thank you Alan. Now that stupid is song is in my head.

Sounds kind of like a song for after sex. "We did it! We did it!".

Did anyone notice that Dora was haunted at Scarowinds? lol

That would have been a fun ride, Dora: The Haunting.

What is PKI doing to their Scooby?

Their Winterfest site says "Scooby-Doo and the Christmas Caper" instead of Haunted Castle.

Hmmmm..... I doubt Carowinds is doing anything to their Scooby although they might. It will be open. I guess well find out in a few weeks.

If PCar is anything like Dollywood (although I would doubt it), then don't worry about most ride lines. I know that at Dollywood, the lines are for food and shows, but THead and Tornado, which operate till the temp drops to a certain point, had hardly any lines.

So, um, like, hope for that!

I didn't think that a park would run any coaster in the cold, because it could ruin parts of the ride.

it doesnt mess with any parts on the ride its just steel expands when its cold meaning there is more pressure on the wheels. As for wood coasters pretty much the same theory the wood expands and will start to cause problems but no parts will get messed up
