To post Youtube videos you have to take the URL and delete everything before the = (including the =).

In this case: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=

Then wrap the Youtube tag around the remainder:
3Ku4K22IGaM

I had the same issues with it when I posted the Bert The Conqueror vids.
