I'm not sure I'd want an RMC to be our next "wooden" coaster. I'd much rather have something more traditional from GCI or TGG. It doesn't even have to be record breaking, something like Joris en de Draak/Invadr/White Lightning/GCI El Toro would fill in Thunder Road's gap perfectly.

I'm a borderline "purist" and I would hope the next wooden coaster is not a RMC. Gravity Group is making waves in china . . . Take a look.

Here is my predictions...

2017:
5 New Flats (2 or 3 going in County Fair section

Vortex Conversion to a floorless coaster

Pacific Spin from Knott's Soak City to be Carolina Harbors new attraction.

2018: New coaster. GCI woodie (Along the lines of Kings Islands project 2017.

2019: New kiddie area and resort.
2020: New launched coaster featuring inversions, multiple launches and tunnels.

Not to mention they basically confirmed Vortex West was getting a conversion. With that being said, after re-riding Vortex last month, I don't think a conversion would make it much better. It's not a bad ride as it is, but it's pretty boring.
