fun soars to new heights? sounds like a windseeker to me. I rode windseeker at Cedar Point. It was ok. I'd rather have a MaxAir.

I hope it's not a windseeker. I am lobbying for something like Max-Air, and new slides for the waterpark. I will take a "new" coaster for 2013. But look at it this way atleast we are getting something. right?

I'm with you, too. I got my new phone a year or two ago and it can't do that because it isn't a "smart" phone... Or maybe it can, but I don't want to pay a ton of money just to download some stupid app.

But that's besides the point. I, too, would like to see some kind of giant frisbee ride. A windseeker would be kind of cool, but I've never been on one myself.

Can any seasoned members recall the last new flat ride at Carowinds?

And was it promoted so... profusely?

Seems to me like an awful lot of hype for Windseeker. Were their similiar campaigns at other CF parks?

I just checked all Cedar Fair websites and the only parks having any signs of their 2012 attractions are Carowinds and Canada's Wonderland. So I dont think it's a Windseeker since they all came in a package deal it seems for Cedar Fair last year. I think we might be getting something unique.

Thanks. So at least now we can assume that whatever attraction we get will be pretty major? At least a flat ride that's pretty epic.

Good point; I totally agree. This Wright Bros. theme is unique. It's only logical to assume the ride/attraction will be too.

I still think its going to be a Huss ride of some type due to the markers in front of Intimidator, just GF might mean something other than Giant Frisbee. Looking at Huss' webpage and this ride type fits the Write Brothers theme well.

If Cedar Fair does a package of Windseekers again and one goes to Carowinds and one goes to Kings Dominion, I will be getting Carowinds season tickets instead of KD. (Since i've never been to Carowinds and have been to KD around 8 times)
