Unfortunately I expect that the Dinosaurs Alive is coming to all of the CF parks. The reason they charge $5 is because the manufacturer of the dinosaurs is footing the bill and the proceeds go to them, not the park. Since the parks don't have the major capital expense to install the dinosaurs, most of them are able to bring another new attraction at the same time.

The bad thing for Carowinds is that I can't think of a good place for them to go. Maybe they should go over to the old Heritage USA location. ;)

I wonder if this is related: The NC Zoo has an animatronic exhibit of 15 dinosaurs that is going to be there from April to October of 2012 this year. I find October a curious cut off since that's also when the park closes for the season.

How do you fold yourself into it? I'm 6'4" and I don't ride it anymore.

If CF wants DA in the park they WILL find a way to put it in & make it look good....Quimmett seems to be in the process of trying to unify the parks with these additions to make them more similar than Kinzel did.

If carowinds did get an intamin launch coaster in the 2013, or 2014 season then I have two predicted locations for it to go; either in the parking lot behind thunder road or behind drop tower/ cyclone,
Please give me feedback,

I don't think behind Cyclone would be the place since that is where all the park's maintenance buildings are. However the parking lot by Thunder Road is defiantly possible.

Otherwise PASS.

I would LOVE to see this coaster built at Carowinds.

^Add one to KD as well since they NEED a new shuttle coaster but just don't put it anywhere near the three other launchers already in the park.

Disaster Transport is a fun ride, it would be a nice addition but not sure where. However, the dark ride aspect I would pass on.
