id say not even 1 million on these slides if not that a little over 1 millon

This phase of improvements will cost about $10 million and be in place when the park opens for the 2014 season, said Bart Kinzel, vice president and general manager for Carowinds.

That's a pretty good chunk of change. I doubt the slides are more than $3 or $4 million, so a lot of the investment is going into the general park improvements and restaurant stuff.

I am wondering if it is possible that we will see a new webcam whithin the next few weeks (after the park closes) that show the construction of the two waterslides. How likely do you guys think this'll be?

eh, I guess its possible, but I don't really see it happening... Maybe like a 50/50 chance at this point, I just don't think its that MAJOR to move one of the camera's over there, unless they have an extra one that is easy to install laying around...

Also, considering the waterpark doesn't open until May, vertical construction isn't likely to begin until after Christmas.
