How do you know the theme? They haven't announced anything but from what little I've heard Shot Rod definitely fits the theme better than a movie about moonshine...

^^I just figured a moonshine themed coaster would work well at Dollywood.

Dollywood actually used to have a simulator ride named Thunder Road, near where Shot Rod will be. Shot Rod is in the Jukebox Junction area of the park though so I think it's fairly safe to say (especially after the Winter Warm Up teaser) that it will be 50's car themed.

Most definitely. However, I am still under the impression that it will be a Launched RMC, but we'll know by the first week in August, when I plan to be there. As far as I know, that is around when the announcement will be.

I know we all pretty much knew this, but RMC! I have no doubt in my mind that this will be the best coaster in the Southeast.

California will probably be Roar. I wonder if RMC constructs the freespins or if S&S hires someone else.

Yeah I believd it is Roar. I've been trying to follow the RMC projects closely because since they've busted onto the scene their work has just fascinated me.

I don't have any inside info anywhere in the industry but I try to pick up pieces when im able to, so can someone that does give me insight as to why CF won't work with RMC?

Anyways I'm absolutely psyched about having one at Dolly! Finally I'll get to ride one.
