Wow, that was definitely moving. I didn't actually know some of that stuff, I can finally understand why all the PKI homers are so upset.. kinda.

Although.. they're not going away, just being 're-born'. They should have a drawing for the first 10 riders at Carowinds, lol.

I was kinda thinking the old Swings location. Just because Animation Station is being rethemed, it doesn't exactly mean all the new rides are going there as well.

The Playground will propably take up a good portion of the redo there.

Well I dont know exactly where it will be located but as i mention earlier in another thread there are some red markers and a new path in the park w/ new trees and shrubs planted...............

Maybe it is just me but I could have sworn that they said that there will be TWO new rides for Animation Station in 05. So I guess that shots the CZ name and placement all to h*ll.

The flyer mailed to season pass holders said it will be two "new" rides.

I wonder when the official announcement will come?

Max have you heard anything of a date when they will annonce it? I know you don't ask what it will be, but just curious if you've heard a date when they will make the official press release?

I haven't heard when they're going to announce it. Wouldn't surprise me if its not next year but it could be anytime.

As far as I know, the rides are for Animation Station. I haven't heard any different.

Not Carolina Boardwalk. (Besides where would it go over there? I don't think it could even fit.) AS is the focus for next year.
