I am going to do that tonight when I get back home. i am going to do the waterpark and County Fair areas.
I find this one interesting, it located in old outdoor exit for AFX.

When you want to post an update on here, there is an "upload attachment" option beneath the type box. Click that, upload your photo. Then you will be able to add it in your post. That's how I do it for all of my pictures. Thanks for taking all of those pictures, by the way. I was curious to know where all of the markers are.

Is there a method to picking a row on Thunder Road that will be more smooth? I know it's not the smoothest coaster out there, but it's not the roughest either. With the intention that between now and July 26th myself and many others are going to ride it as much as we can, are there any tips on how to "ride smoother"?

I know there are some wooden coaster veterans on here that can enlighten us all. Thanks in advance.

When I rode it last week in the last row, I expected the worst. Boy was I surprised. There were only a few bumps on the return leg.

As far as where to ride, I tend to ride in rows 1 or 2. For me, they tend to provide the smoothest rides.

With any wooden coaster the first general rule is not to sit in the last row of a car. In that seat your back is aligned directly above the wheels, so any vibrations will be felt more.

I had a good ride in one of the middle seats of the last car on Thunder Road this year.
