I guess with the closing of the Pavilion, they are bringing back all the most memorable moments during it's history. This was definately one of them!

I was at the Pavilion when that happened. We had just walked up and saw the crowd standing around. A firetruck was there and we saw somebody hanging upside down off the support cables on the ferris wheel. That person was rescued by firefighters. We found out later that night on the local news about the rest of the people that had fallen from the wheel, all because the kids were rocking the tubs. I remember it like it was yesterday.
