Yea beautiful if it was at Busch Gardens in an area surrounded by trees and flower beds in the Italy or France sections. This is a county fair section which is supposed to loud, flashy, gaudy and damn near close to an overload of the senses. lol. The ride itself is very nice don't get me wrong, maybe too nice to be in this area, but is they're going for a county fair scene then the lights are suppose to be basically a second skin to rides and with also sorts of motion and colors going on.

I think the lighting on zephyr and rock n roller is really good, I think the lighting on troika is disappointing and they should have used lighting like the one that was in the video, and we don't know what the lights on electro spin look like yet.

There could have been a budget cut somewhere. New lighting packages are not very cheap. For something the size of our Troika for example, you could spend on average $50,000 or more just for the new lights.

And there's no information that says the four rides won't be ready opening day, SD o what's your point? People are freaking out because there's nit much testing on ekectrospin. It's a portable ride that takes no time to put up or test.

Yay! They have the overhead string lights up! So excited to see the County Fair at night. I really just want to see what Electrospins' lights look like, so then I can be more excited.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm absolutely loving the Carolina clay feature in that first pic of Cobra's new entrance. They should leave it year round, add some extra color to the area. The great news is, with all the new lights over there.. It'll be visible in the dark! It will look like an orange beacon, drawing people over to its entrance.

What? Amos asked a question and gave my answer to his question along with an explanations of why I gave my answer.

I'm just giving my thoughts on what I think a county fair looks like. Carowinds is going to do whatever regardless of what I think like how I noticed they put clear lights on a music express. Who does that ?? Is it going to stop me from going and not renew my pass? NOPE. I'm just give my thoughts on how I feel aesthetics are important in my book.
