They sure did not try and change the name and color at all. Atleast with Borg we got a new name, color, and theme to hide the "used" tag that come along!

Actually Thunderhawk just got a repaint a few years ago, so there would have been no reason to repaint it again. I agree with the name thing though there are plenty of weather effects and birds of prey that could be used...

You know, you demolish Wings and the other buildings, relocate Saturater and remove Mr. Putt Putt, and it would fit in there nicely at an angle. The general population would go WOW, Cedar Fair does like us.

we aren't getting Head Spin... the beaver ride worries me though... I wouldn't be suprised one bit if that one showed up in the place of FSS or somewhere else... I still think that they are just expeanding the waterpark in the ex parking lot... but man.. Dominator would be great for that spot... dream on...

Frankly I know we're not getting Dominator, or at least I highly doubt it...so if that's the case don't send us any of the coasters!

BTW the coasters are coming down already. Screamscape had some pics out there of Dominator and Thunderhawk being taken down and the trains in pieces ready for transport.

I'm afraid that if they send us the boomerang, we won't get another coaster for 4 or 5 years. <_<

^^ Amen...If we don't get Dominator (which seems to be a lock to go to KD although I remain hopeful) I would be ok with a few flats, especially Black Squid and Texas Twister, and a brand new coaster for 2009.

And I think the Texas Twister would be good as I like top spins, but didn't bother to ride it in June. I don't know why, but sometimes when I'm in credit whore mode I just skip all the flats. Funny how I rode the Ferris wheel though. lol

Seems like though either it wasn't working or maybe it's just that noone was riding since there were like 5 people on the ride side, and all of them at Dominator.

Man would that suck to be a GP and not know about this happening and drive up the park next year and see all the coasters GONE!

Meh...at this point I dont care what the park gets. It's gonna take more than a new attraction to grasp my attention. What they need to do is rethink alot of infrastructure w/ season passes and loyality to long time park patrons!
