Just noticed it on the events thing. Wonder how much it will cost/will it be worth it? I've got a feeling it's not a decent brunch, and is just the chicken/hot dog lunch thing.

I don't know but the Fathers Day Car Show sounds alot more intresting!

Although i think it's the wrong type of car show. According to car show website it will feature a sound-off and glow-off. I don't think too many fathers would be intrested in that. Maybe they will have some classic cars as well. Not really alot of details on this event yet.

If the sound-off event is anything like i heard at the Charlotte Auto Show a few years back i'll make sure i'm on the other side of the park for that. Or i just won't go that day.

Whats sound off/glow off? I'm not really into cars...and considering my dad is in Michigan, dobut he'll be here for fathers day. I'm almost never with dad for fathers day...usually just before or just after.

Sound-off is all about who has the loudest stero system. The glow-off has to do with who has the best or most neon on their car. Not really the type of shows a father would be into. You just don't see 50yo men and older driving down the street with neon and music so loud i can hear it 100 yards away with my windows up.

I am not that into cars either. I just remeber the same two competitions at the Charlotte Auto Show 3 years back. My opinion the worst part of the show. I went to see all the new and concept cars.
